Free bus service allows residents to satisfy their  needs without leaving the community. Quarterly association fees are among the lowest of any adult community, yet provides lawn cutting, pool membership and  clubhouse activities to all residents.
Holiday City is located off Route 37 in Toms River, just minutes from the Ocean at the Jersey Shore,  Ocean County Mall,  Community Medical Center  and the Parkway for easy commuting.
