Our listings have an enhanced presence on realtor.com and are featured on hundreds of web sites. Every listing includes a virtual tour, Just Listed mail announcement, color in-house flyers and packed pick-up-and-go Open House materials.

At New Direction Realty, we are mindful of how our actions and habits impact our office environment and the world we share. We are a “green” office with recycle stations and systems to minimize waste. 
 A conservative attitude towards spending allows New Direction Realty to invest funds where they have the most impact– in generous agent commission splits, comprehensive seller and buyer services and state-of-the-art technologies.  

A New Direction towards Paperless Transactions
 At New Direction Realty all transactions are facilitated by a Transaction Management System. With this on-line system, faxed documents come to the office as e-documents and are available for on-line viewing by the agent and your clients so you keep up to date no matter where you are.  
For listings, there is a 24 hour recorded property information phone service, which plays property information of our listings when drive-bys call an 800 phone number posted on our sign. The listing agent is notified by email with the phone number of the caller for follow-up and buyer leads. 
Our listing and contract documents are saved in a computer file. At the close of a transaction, a copy of the file is given to the agent and client/customer on disc, for ease of record keeping.

With quality service to our clients and customers, it’s easier to build a referral based business which costs less, yet maintains a steady stream of new contacts.

If you are sick and cannot work, or if you have chosen to step back from real estate to enjoy another pursuit for a time, your earning percentage is not compromised. A minimal 6% “transaction fee” covers processor costs and materials. There is no “over ride” charge.
